Searching For a Specific Ticket by Ticket Number

Within the portal, if you want to locate a ticket by specific ticket number, just type the Ticket number in the main search field.


e.g., if you are searching for ticket # 144898, type 144898 and if the ticket is visible to you, you will see it appearing in the search results with the ticket icon:



Important note: You only have access to your own ticket unless you have Super User rights as described in the article Super Users.
